Tips for Review Periods
Quarterly Reviews
- Set filter to the relevant quarter
- Review all achievements in order
- Export filtered results for your review document
Annual Reviews
- Set filter to the full year
- Or use custom date range for non-calendar review periods
- Consider filtering quarter-by-quarter to ensure complete coverage
Custom Review Periods
If your company uses non-standard review periods (e.g., April - March):
- Use Date Range filter
- Set your custom start and end dates
- Apply the filter
Empty States
If no achievements match your filter:
- A helpful message indicates no results
- The filter controls remain visible
- You can easily adjust the filter to find achievements
If you see “0 achievements” but know you did work during that period, check that your achievement dates are set correctly.
