Tips for Review Periods

Quarterly Reviews

  1. Set filter to the relevant quarter
  2. Review all achievements in order
  3. Export filtered results for your review document

Annual Reviews

  1. Set filter to the full year
  2. Or use custom date range for non-calendar review periods
  3. Consider filtering quarter-by-quarter to ensure complete coverage

Custom Review Periods

If your company uses non-standard review periods (e.g., April - March):

  1. Use Date Range filter
  2. Set your custom start and end dates
  3. Apply the filter

Empty States

If no achievements match your filter:

  • A helpful message indicates no results
  • The filter controls remain visible
  • You can easily adjust the filter to find achievements
If you see “0 achievements” but know you did work during that period, check that your achievement dates are set correctly.
