Best Practices

  1. Write achievements promptly - Document while details are fresh
  2. Use strong titles - Start with action verbs (Launched, Built, Led)
  3. Include metrics - Numbers make achievements concrete
  4. Save evidence - Links prove your work
  5. Tag consistently - Use a standard set of tags for easy filtering
  6. Review quarterly - Update old achievements with new impact data
